Every meal, every moment of rest or creation is an opportunity for conversations between this French musician and the heirs of age-old music.” “‘Immersed ears and dyed eyes’ is a Chinese expression meaning fusional immersion with a particular subject. Almost all the musicians in the Dayan Naxi Orchestra used this expression to express their relationship with traditional Naxi music and music in general.
